Korean Education or Canada Education?

If you take a test, where can you get better grade in Korea or Canada? There are many differences between education in Korea and Canada. First, Korea students have to take about ten subjects. There is no choice. When they prepare for midterm exam or final exam, they have to study all subjects. Second, the test format is mostly composed of multiple-choice question like TOFEL. In this case, the students are required memorizing skills. Also, after the test, most students get a grade in a rank so that they know where they are in total ranks.

However, Canada is quite different from Korea. First, Canada students have to take four or three courses in a semester. Canada has smaller school courses than Korea. Also, they can choose one of many elective courses. Second, the test formats are usually one-paragraph questions or short answer questions. Therefore, the students are required writing skills. In addition to grade, the students in Canada get a grade from A to F. They do not know their ranks. Whether the students are educated by Korean system or Canadian system, they would be ready for one of the members of future society.
